When using the scheduler, you must select a service to see available appointments.
If you have any questions, need an appointment outside of regular hours, or don't see an appointment time that works for you, please contact Susan at 612.208.6289 or susan@essenceayurveda.com. She sometimes can be more flexible than the online scheduling program allows, so please don't hesitate to contact her directly if you don't find a time online that works for you. You also can sign up for the wait list in the app to be notified if additonal appointment times become available.
If you aren't sure which service best fits your needs, please don't hesitate to contact Susan by phone or email, or schedule a free 15-minute consultation. We can meet briefly in person, over the phone, or by video to decide if the services offered meet your needs and which of the services may be most appropriate for you.
Online appointments will be by Google Meet unless you request a different method. Susan will send a meeting link, which should work in any browser or in the Google Meet app. In-person appointments in Saint Paul are at 881 Lincoln Ave., Saint Paul, 55105. You will receive an email from the scheduling system confirming your appointment and a reminder email 48 hours before the appointment. Those emails contain information important for your appointment. Please carefully review the emails. New clients also may receive an additional email with forms that need to be completed at the first visit. Please fill out the forms and either email them to Susan or bring them with you to the appointment, to avoid spending appointment time filling out the forms. If this is a concern or poses any difficulty, please let Susan know so that accommodations can be made. For your convenience, links to the forms are below:
- New Client Registration Form (for all new clients)
- Ayurveda Intake Form (for all initial Ayurveda consultations)
- Essence Session Form (for all initial Thai massage appointments)
Prices
Initial Ayurveda / Yoga Therapy consultations last 1 1/2 to 2 hours, with a charge of $180. Follow-up appointments last approximately 1 hour and are $90. Herbs and oils, if recommended, are an additional charge.
Tibetan Cranial therapy, Reiki, private yoga sessions, and marma therapy are $90 for approximately 1 hour.
For Thai massage, a 90-minute session, for $135, is recommended; a 60-minute session is $90. A two-hour Thai massage is $180.
Sales tax is added when required by law. Minnesota imposes sales tax on massage and energy healing modalities, as well as on herbs and oils.
Please note: tips are not expected. The charges are set at a rate intended to be fair for everyone, without additional payment.
A sliding fee schedule is available if needed. Please let Susan know when you schedule your appointment if you would like to talk about a sliding scale fee.
