Happy New Year - Time to Rehydrate

Happy Happy New Year! If your body is telling you this morning that you drank too much last night, be sure to rehydrate. Here's an Ayurveda home remedy for rehydrating and replenishing electrolytes: 1 glass of room temperature water; 1 tsp lime juice (you can use lemon, but lime is better); 1/2 tsp sugar; pinch salt; if you have acidity, add 1/8 tsp baking soda. Stir it all up and drink. Coconut water is another option.
